The History of Disabilty Needs Limited

1994 Disability Needs was founded working out of a small office in Holywood, Co Down. The core business was selling level access shower trays and other associated products.
1997 New division formed to deal with moving and handling.
2001 Disability Needs move their head office to York Road, Belfast.
2002 The first showroom, opens up to healthcare professionals, trade and public.
2007 Disability Needs start up their own manufacturing company, based in Ireland in an attempt to remain competitively priced throughout the UK & Ireland.
Specialists in seating and wheelchairs are taken on as Disability Needs move into new fields.
2008 Another showroom is opened up on the Ballymount Road in Dublin.
